About the role
This hands-on role has a direct impact on the success of our games. As the head of digital marketing for the studio, you will lead all digital and brand marketing initiatives for new and existing games. Using your knowledge of current and emerging digital, social and mobile channels, you will expand our user base and brand recognition while leading the user acquisition team in providing solutions to maximize opportunities and campaigns.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with the games product owners, you’ll develop and execute digital campaigns leveraging internal and external resources to deliver compelling static and video ads to drive installs, engagement and brand recognition.
- You’ll nimbly manage a team of user acquisition professionals in creating out of the box campaigns that optimize ROI
- You’ll dig into the details, working with analytics and business intelligence to forecast performance trends and increase market share
- 10 years experience in digital and brand marketing for mobile, software, social media or games including 5 years of personnel management
- Experience managing User Acquisition campaigns
- Experience designing and running digital marketing campaigns, managing budgets & timelines for asset creation
- Experience with strategic and tactical planning
- Experience managing international marketing campaigns, specifically in the EU and Asia a plus
