Backflip Studios is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to add to our team. You will assist customers via email with their questions about our iOS and Android games and help troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. You will work with the QA and Engineering teams to escalate issues and help find resolutions. You will relay customer feedback to the Design team to help drive product updates. You will help update the support team FAQ as new common issues or questions arise.
- Ability to work rapidly and multitask
- Strong verbal and written language skills
- Previous customer support experience
- Ability to establish rapport with customers
- Enjoyment of games
